Youth Independent Living Case Manager - Empower Futures

The Supervised Independent Living (SIL) Case Manager at Tabor Services provides support and direction for youth, developing individualized life skills programs and coordinating services. This role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days WFM) with hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to departmental needs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, has 2+ years of child/family service experience, a valid PA driver’s #J-18808-Ljbffr UNAVAILABLE
