Job Overview:

Pay Range: $63.50hr - $68.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum of 5-7 years with content strategy and management experience.
• Experience in retail with a large to mid-sized corporate customer.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics or relevant experience.
• Baseline knowledge or willingness to learn website development/HTML language including crawling and indexation, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, semantic clustering, internal linking, structured data, semantic HTML, image alt-text, external linking, and metadata tags.
• Digital & Shopper Marketing, Social Media, or e-retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Own the execution of omnichannel content across leading retail partners to ensure products are represented with compelling and compliant content both online and in-store.
• Build and scale foundational strategies to grow core audiences including consumers, search engines, and emerging agentic AI platforms.
• Establish the foundation for AI discoverability while advancing existing efforts across traditional SEO, social media, and digital content ecosystems.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies while maintaining hands-on capabilities.
• Deploy brand content assets such as imagery, on-site banners, and copy to be placed on key omnichannel customer sites.
• Own the creation and syndication of machine-readable content for agentic AI optimization.
• Build social media calendars in conjunction with internal marketing teams.
• Liaise internally regarding external articles and with agencies regarding retailer agnostic articles and Retailer Sales Force materials.
• Coordinate with omnichannel teams including web ecosystem and digital experiences.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor's degree required, marketing or relevant field preferred.
