We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide responsive, knowledgeable support to customers and help ensure a positive experience with our company. This role works directly with customers to answer questions, provide accurate information, address routine concerns, and connect customers with the appropriate resources when additional assistance is needed.

The Customer Service Specialist will develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes while providing professional and consistent support across customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and provide timely, accurate assistance
  
• Provide information regarding products, services, programs, and current offerings
  
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions or next steps
  
• Explain product and service information clearly and professionally
  
• Address routine customer concerns and assist with basic issue resolution
  
• Escalate more complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
  
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach throughout each customer interaction
  
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  
• Document customer inquiries, requests, and relevant follow-up information
  
• Track outstanding customer needs and ensure appropriate follow-through
  
• Communicate recurring customer questions and feedback to internal teams
  
• Assist customers with navigating available company resources and support options
  
• Collaborate with other departments to help resolve customer needs efficiently
  
• Follow established customer service procedures and communication standards
  
• Support customer-facing programs and company initiatives as needed
  
• Assist with additional customer service activities and projects
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable communicating with a variety of customers
  
• Ability to explain information clearly and accurately
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
  
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and priorities
  
• Comfortable learning company products, services, systems, and procedures
  
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, hospitality, client services, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
