Enterprise Cloud Architect

Serving as the overall technical authority for a large enterprise-scale Application Hosting program, the remote Enterprise Cloud / VAEC Architect Lead will develop and govern end-to-end technical solutions across various environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-efficient services. Key responsibilities Own the integrated technical solution across all Application Hosting task areas and lead architecture reviews for various cloud and on-premises solutions Develop and maintain target-state architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering standards while integrating the work of multiple architecture disciplines Mentor solution architects and technical leads, translating complex architecture concepts into clear recommendations for executives and stakeholders Required qualifications Proven experience in cloud architecture, specifically with AWS and Azure environments Strong background in application hosting, enterprise storage, and containerization technologies Expertise in developing architecture decision records and modernization roadmaps Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability practices Ability to lead technical discussions and present complex concepts to diverse audiences
