Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting daily Human Resources operations while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and data integrity. This role assists with onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment activities, and HRIS record management, while providing exceptional customer service to employees and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to fostering positive working relationships in a collaborative team environment. Work Model On-Site What You Will Do Maintain accurate payroll records and process payroll while ensuring confidentiality and record integrity Provide administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, personnel documentation, and HRIS data Assist with recruitment activities, including career fairs, job fairs, and new employee onboarding Support employee benefit administration and provide prompt, courteous service to employees and vendors Demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and foster positive working relationships through teamwork and respect for coworkers What You Will Need to Be Successful 3+ years of payroll administration and/or HR experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Benefits Overview ESOP 401K PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Palmer Companies, Inc.
