Dandelion Chocolate in Las Vegas is hiring a Seasonal Pastry Assistant to support pastry production during the holiday season. You will learn our bean-to-bar recipes and collaborate with a creative, clean, team-oriented kitchen to meet daily pastry demands from August through early January. The role runs five days per week, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, on-site at 5010 S.
