How You'll Make an Impact As a Senior Talent Partner based in North America, you’ll own hiring across one of Cloudbeds' most strategically important markets. Your primary focus will be GTM, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement. You’ll be comfortable running volume pipelines as well as doing deep, competitor-focused sourcing to engage passive candidates. Beyond GTM, you’ll have the opportunity to support Technology and Engineering hiring when needed, working on roles from Software Engineers to Infrastructure. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds in the North American talent market. What You Bring to the Team Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America, including outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates at target companies, building pipelines beyond active applicants Bring strong talent mapping skills to every search, building a market picture before outreach and consistently attracting top passive talent Support hiring across other areas including Technology when required, applying the same sourcing rigor to various roles Partner with GTM leadership to understand market dynamics and build targeted hiring strategies Build trusted relationships with hiring managers at all levels, ensuring hiring strategies align with business outcomes Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse, maintaining clean data and informing stakeholders at every stage Identify opportunities to improve processes, share market intelligence, and raise the bar on GTM hiring at Cloudbeds Stay current on North American compensation benchmarks, competitor talent movements, and GTM hiring trends What Sets You Up for Success 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company and/or an agency focused on high-growth SaaS Experience influencing senior stakeholders up to C-Suite, acting as a trusted advisor Strong track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement Exposure to Technology hiring is a strong advantage, even if GTM is your primary domain Proven sourcing skills with hands-on experience in competitor mapping and passive candidate outreach Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS), and other sourcing tools Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders Hands-on experience using AI in your workflow for sourcing, research, outreach, or efficiency improvements Proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Excellent English, written and verbal Bonus skills to Stand Out Experience hiring for hospitality technology or a vertical SaaS business Track record of building structured sourcing processes, not just executing one-off searches Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks Compensation Annual compensation is between $100,000 - $120,000, depending on skills and experience.
