Salary: $124,800 - 176,800 per year Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Valid BCBA certification is mandatory
- Oversee and guide behavioral therapists working on assigned cases
- Develop behavior intervention plans and regularly review session documentation
- Evaluate ABA data to implement necessary program modifications
- Maintain effective communication with families, technicians, and administrative staff
- Conduct assessments as required

We invite BCBAs to join our team for flexible per diem ABA services. Our administrative team comprises individuals who have firsthand experience as ABA Therapists and RBTs, allowing us to fully understand the needs and challenges of our staff. We pride ourselves on our positive company culture that nurtures a committed and enthusiastic team. Additionally, we conduct annual performance reviews to support your professional development and growth.
