Perform health and wellness programming with multi-diagnostic groups and provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness in our community based on the needs of each individual. What You'll Need: 2+ years of management experience in a fitness or rehabilitation setting with emphasis on gerontology or special populations is required. Training in Aquatic Exercise & Aquatic Safety is required, with Certifications in areas related to wellness (Parkinson's, Arthritis and Balance preferred).
