Requirements / Responsibilities Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume fast‑paced restaurant. Offering the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals. Providing immediate respectful response to guests’ needs. Assisting in training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, acting as a role model for our team. Being a friendly encouraging team player. Opening and/or closing and leading shifts, key holder. Counting drawers and finalizing day. Exhibiting excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, or other part‑time restaurant job at Chick‑fil‑A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In‑N‑Out Burger.
