Machine Operator
Location: 1140 Highbrook Street Schedule: Monday – Friday 6 am – 2 pm
Industry: Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
About the Role
We're a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Machine Operator who isn't afraid of physical work, enjoys learning how machines run, and takes pride in producing quality products. This is a shop-floor role-you'll be setting up equipment, running production, cleaning machines, and helping keep operations moving.

What You'll Do
- Set up and run capsule manufacturing equipment
- Assist with new product setups and document machine settings
- Perform machine changeovers and adjust settings as needed
- Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
- Pull, verify, and document ingredients and lot numbers for batches
- Watch for quality or food safety issues and report them immediately
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
- Complete daily and weekly equipment checklists
- Follow FDA, GMP, and food safety requirements
- Pitch in wherever needed to support production
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. to shoulder height regularly
- Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand tools
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, food, nutraceutical, or pharma is a plus
