Position Name: Pharmacist

Shift: Various shifts available

Competitive Salary: $135K – $168K annually plus benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join its healthcare team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and dispense medications accurately and safely
• Monitor patient medication therapies and ensure appropriate drug use
• Provide medication information and support to physicians, nurses, and patients
• Prepare IV medications and other pharmacy products
• Maintain medication inventory and pharmacy records
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Participate in formulary management and medication safety initiatives
• Respond to clinical emergencies and support patient care teams when needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• Active New Mexico Pharmacist License (or eligible upon hire)
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
