Looking for associate to manage payroll accounts recievable dn human resources for 32 employee mausacturing firm.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll through ADP
- Process acounts recievable and cash reciepts using Epicor
- Assist employees with benifits
- Process ACH paymnents through bank web site
- prepare documents for CPA
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experince in ADP and Epicor or camparable software
