We are seeking an experienced, organized, and mission-driven Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department at Nightingale at Arkadelphia, a supportive and resident-focused skilled nursing facility. What You'll Do

• Oversee daily dietary operations, meal service, and kitchen workflow

• Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and compliance with state and federal regulations

• Coordinate menus and diet orders with nursing and clinical teams

• Train, coach, and supervise dietary staff

• Maintain inventory, ordering, and accurate dietary documentation

• Support a positive dining experience for all residents

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and high standards of resident care

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Dietary Manager or in a healthcare dietary leadership role

• CDM credential preferred but not required

• Strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition guidelines, and regulatory standards

• Skilled in staff supervision, communication, and organization

• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident service

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or healthcare dietary operations required
