2nd Shift Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently overseeing operations during the shift, effectively troubleshooting operational issues, and confidently managing employee relations and workforce challenges.
Leadership opportunity with a growing manufacturing operation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
Hands-on supervisory role supporting daily production, safety, quality, and team performance
Opportunity to work with advanced modular systems.
Key role in driving operational excellence, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI performance
Ideal for a strong operations leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and building a high-performing culture
Great fit for candidates with manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a safety-first mindset
Be part of a company building next-generation infrastructure and innovative modular data center solutions
This position may be offered as either a temporary to hire opportunity or a direct hire placement, depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
