Salary ranges vary by state and location:

• 8.00–$20.00 per hour (general)
• 16.00–$17.00 per hour – Maryland
• 15.50–$17.00 per hour – New York
• 17.00–$18.00 per hour – New York City
• 14.00–$15.00 per hour – Cincinnati, OH
• 14.00–$15.00 per hour – Toledo, OH
