Role Summary As a Shift Leader, you will provide exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced environment, coach a team, and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and cleanly. Your goal is to deliver Hot Food Fast with consistent, high‑quality service so every customer leaves satisfied. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Understand each position and its role. Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities. Complete manager functions using the POS system. Manage labor effectively. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Identify and act on coaching and teaching opportunities. Maintain operational awareness at all times. Create positive interactions with guests and team members. Ensure a clean restaurant front and kitchen. Use company documentation and checklists to guarantee perfection each shift. Complete closing shift paperwork. Hold yourself and others accountable. Foster a positive company culture. Required Qualifications Age 16 or older. Leadership ability – leading by example. Take pride in work and strive for "Perfect Every Time". Organization skills. Strong communication skills. Team builder. Interpersonal skills. Extremely positive attitude. Adaptable. Ability to teach others. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of fast‑food management experience. 1+ years of fast‑food experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
