Responsibilities/Job Description: Fairview is seeking a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine (preferred) or experienced Family Medicine Physician to join the Hospital Medicine team at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota . Work with a collegial group of over 30 hospitalists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers Average 13-15 patient census FTE: 1.0 Flexible Work Schedule 7 on/off or modified block schedule Fully supported nocturnist program with overnight coverage Resident physician led rapid response team and code response Shift Hours: AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pm AM Swing Shift: 7 am - 6 pm PM Swing Shift: 11 am 10 pm PM Swing Shift: 2 pm - midnight M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital is a 200-bed, community based hospital that offers a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training program BC/BE with the ABMS Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Qualifications: $360,775 - $388,527
