As we expand our footprint and scale operations, we are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounting functions for our dynamic and fast-growing organization.Role Overview: The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee the company's financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This position is critical in establishing strong internal controls, driving financial process improvements, and aligning finance operations with Agile Robots' strategic vision. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, bridging technology and finance in a cutting-edge robotics environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial close processesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAPLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business growthDevelop and maintain cost accounting systems that reflect the complexities of robotics manufacturing and R&DImplement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirementsCoordinate external audits and tax filings with advisorsDrive finance system improvements and automation initiativesManage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk mitigationSupport cross-functional projects and provide financial insights to support strategic initiativesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management roles, preferably within technology, manufacturing, or robotics industriesStrong expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reportingExperience with ERP systems and financial software implementationsProven leadership capabilities and experience managing finance teamsExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environmentExperience in compliance, internal controls, and audit coordinationFamiliarity with R&D accounting, project cost tracking, and capex management is a plusBenefitsWhy Join?You will be one of the first members of our US finance team, with unique visibility into the growth of a global robotics powerhouse.
