Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week

Hours: 36 hours weekly

Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM (or facility equivalent night schedule)

Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required

Compensation: $37.00 – $40.00/hour

Facility Type: 101-bed Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in long-term acute care to Join a dedicated clinical team at a 101-bed LTACH facility specializing in ventilator and tracheostomy patient care in beautiful Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments

Manage ventilators and tracheostomy care

Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams

Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical standards

Ideal Candidate Active Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia

Experience with ventilator and trach patients ( preferred)

LTACH, critical care, or acute care experience( highly valued)

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
