Experienced Commercial Plumber — Hospital/Healthcare | Top Pay · Double-Time OT · Steady Year-Round Work
We service the major medical centers in the Los Angeles area, and we're hiring an experienced plumber who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. This is steady, recession-resistant work with some of the most respected hospital clients in Southern California — not feast-or-famine residential or new-construction work that dries up when the market turns.
We pay our people what skilled work is worth:
- Well above prevailing scale for the right plumber
- ALL overtime paid at double time — not time-and-a-half, double
- Steady, year-round work with established institutional clients

What you'll do
Diagnose and repair across a range of piping systems, clear drains, locate and fix leaks, and install and repair pipes and fixtures in active healthcare facilities. You'll work independently — troubleshoot the problem, make the repair, and test to confirm it's truly fixed with no callbacks. You'll work cleanly and professionally in occupied medical environments where doing it right matters.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Journeyman Plumber's license
- Strong working knowledge of piping systems and commercial plumbing
- Comfortable working independently and standing behind your work
- Healthcare-facility or commercial experience a strong plus
- Willing to share an on-call rotation (also double time)
- Valid driver's license and clean record
