**Responsibilities:**

* **Assist with medication administration**: Safely dispense medications to residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* **Provide care coordination**: Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* **Assist with daily living activities**: Support residents with daily tasks, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
* **Monitor resident status**: Observe and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior to healthcare staff.
* **Maintain accurate records**: Document medications administered, care provided, and resident progress in accordance with facility policies.

**Requirements:**

* **Certification as a Medication Assistant**: Valid certification as a Medication Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE**: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
