Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Heartsworth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a Day Shift CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work every other weekend, as required
