A leading global manufacturer of pump solutions is expanding its commercial pump business across North and Latin America.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive regional growth, develop distribution channels, and build key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial pump sales strategy across North America and Latin America.
- Develop annual sales plans and regional growth strategies.
- Build and manage distributor and partner networks throughout the Americas.
- Develop business with OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, and strategic end users.
- Identify opportunities in commercial buildings, HVAC, municipal water, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
- Lead key account development and major commercial projects.
- Recruit and manage regional sales teams as the business grows.
- Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve product competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial pumps, HVAC, water infrastructure, or related industries.
- 5+ years of regional sales leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks across the Americas.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC pumps, booster systems, fire protection, water supply, and municipal applications.
- Experience in cross-border business development.
- Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North and Latin America.
