Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax and Wealth Planning Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will counsel clients across the southeastern United States on matters related to income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxation, as well as trusts, estates, and charitable giving. Duties Advise clients on tax and wealth planning strategies. Develop and implement tax-efficient plans for asset management and transfer. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Collaborate with clients to achieve their financial objectives. Requirements Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in tax law. Strong academic record with a focus on tax law. Proficiency in tax research tools and resources. Admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing or eligible for admission. Education LL.M. in Taxation (preferred). Certifications Admitted to the Georgia Bar or another state bar with eligibility for Georgia admission. Skills Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desire to expand knowledge in tax and wealth planning law.
