Automotive Alignment Technicians

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Automotive Alignment Technicians NTB joins the Mavis Tire Family. We are looking for a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Parkville, MD area. Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Alignment Technicians reduce tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis’s Alignment Technicians also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs on customer vehicles. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Preferred: State inspection license. Physical demands: The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching and performing repeated movements. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
