What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for newborns in a Level II NICU setting.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and neonatologists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage a 6-bed nursery, working 24-hour shifts on a flexible schedule.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical research, and best practices exchanges.
• Offer family-centered healthcare and support to families during critical early life stages.
• Engage in outpatient consultations and follow-up care as required.

What You Need

• Valid VA medical license and certification in Neonatology.
• Prior experience working in a NICU or neonatal setting preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to participate in clinical quality initiatives and research.
