The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Alpharetta, GA Team: Supports the Property Accountant. Mission: Ensures accurate financial operations and provides administrative support to the hotel’s accounting and human resources functions. What You’ll Actually Do Cash Flow Management: Efficiently steer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and deposits are processed right on schedule. Sometimes, you’ll contact new and outstanding accounts to keep our AR Aging line current and within corporate standards. Administrative Support: Be a key assistant to the Property Accountant, helping with human resources, payroll, and any other tasks that keep the business operating smoothly. Communication & Collaboration: Connect with guests and teammates in a friendly, service-oriented way, and participate in credit huddles to discuss account statuses and next steps. Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems for direct billing and help ensure every account is handled with spot-on accuracy. Information Protection: Safeguard and manage confidential information with the utmost integrity, ensuring proprietary and trade secrets remain secure. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level. High School diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational understanding of general business operations. Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Skills: Sharp eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and integrity in managing sensitive information. Bonus: College coursework in a related field is helpful.
