Our goal is to empower our workforce with the tools, support, and resources they need to provide the best care possible.What You'll DoProvide specialized care to critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients, including those experiencing stroke, traumatic brain injury, seizures, neuromuscular disorders, intracranial hemorrhage, spinal cord injuries, and post-neurosurgical conditions.Care for patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation, titratable medications, intracranial pressure monitoring, external ventricular drains (EVDs), lumbar drains, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and other complex therapies.Perform comprehensive neurological and physical assessments and recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.Partner closely with neurologists, neurosurgeons, intensivists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.Build your knowledge and confidence in caring for some of the most complex patients in critical care.Contribute to a collaborative environment where teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care are at the center of everything we do.What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
