Start Date: 11/24/2025

End Date: 05/25/2026

Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract (13-26 weeks)

Licenses/Certs: CA State License, DEA, BLS (required; BC preferred, BE accepted)

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Patient Age Group: All ages (children and adults)

Travel: No

Other: Willing to work at both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics, bilingual in Spanish required

Pay Rate: $170.43/hour

Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations, including children and adults
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in full-week orientation and ongoing training
• Work flexibly across mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics, based on operational needs and your preferences
• Support vaccination and preventive care protocols as needed

What You Need

• Active CA medical license and DEA registration
• BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of outpatient family practice experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Comfortable working with all age groups, including pediatrics
• Flexibility to work in various clinical settings
