Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: CA Medical License (in-hand), DEA, BLS

Experience: 2+ years preferred; Board Certification preferred (will accept BE)

Patient Age Group: All ages (kids and adults)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to diverse patient populations, including children and adults
• Work in both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinic settings, with a flexible schedule based on clinic needs
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR software
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and safety standards
• Participate in weekly orientation and ongoing professional development sessions
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment plans

What You Need

• Medical license in California (in-hand)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of relevant outpatient experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations, including mobile clinics
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence
