Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales material to present to customers Represent Simple Pest Management professionally by helping homeowners with their pest issues Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and self-motivated Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals Exceptional critical thinking skills Able to perform with minimal supervision Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary Applicants must be 18 years or older Must have reliable internet if working remotely and smartphone (IOS preferred) 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience Clear path for career growth & leadership opportunity Local and company-wide sales competitions with high-end prizes for top performers Best technology and applications in the industry Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Salary: From $18.00 per hour+ Commission Expected hours: 40 per week 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver’s License (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Simple Pest Management
