Primary Objectives of Position:

Apply product to customers' lawn in a manner that will optimize the cooperative's efficiency

Help achieve the company's mission and goals

Perform all tasks with excellent customer service

Responsibilities of the Position:

Mix and handle pesticides

Apply the pesticide mixture and fertilizer to customers lawns in a timely manner

Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule

Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel

Attend training and cooperative meetings as required

General maintenance of overall equipment

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Adhere to all company, federal and state policies and procedures.

Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long hours.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. We will assist in that process.

May be asked to work some Saturdays.
