Two options available: Option 1: San Marcos full time only Option 2: Split full time between our San Marcos, TX and Schertz, TX Clinics Address: 101 Uhland Rd., Ste #112 San Marcos, TX 78666 & 6051 FM 3009, Suite 215, Schertz, TX 78154 Sign-On Bonus and/or Loan Payment Assistance Available This job is open to COTA's as well. Competitive Compensation- OTR $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
- COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
- Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
- Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
- On-site mentorship with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
- Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
- Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training
