Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Role Overview
A growing pediatric therapy practice is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a collaborative clinical team in the San Marcos, TX area.
Two scheduling options are available:
- San Marcos: Full-time at the San Marcos clinic
- San Marcos + Schertz: Full-time split between both clinic locations
- Part or full-time available
This is an opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload while receiving mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
Benefits and Compensation
- OTR: $70,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, based on a 40-hour work week
- Sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance available
- Paid based on clock-in/clock-out time or PPV depending on preference

Requirements
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist license
