Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional member experiences in a private club environment. This leadership role is responsible for daily dining room operations, staff development, service excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is a visible floor leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, holds teams accountable, communicates effectively, and consistently follows through on commitments and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead daily dining room operations and service execution. Recruit, train, coach, and develop front‑of‑house staff. Maintain exceptional member satisfaction through active floor presence. Conduct pre‑shift meetings and ongoing performance coaching. Ensure adherence to service, appearance, and hospitality standards. Collaborate with culinary and management teams to deliver seamless service. Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and staffing levels. Address member concerns and resolve service issues promptly. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. What We're Looking For 5+ years of restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or private club management experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to coach employees and manage performance effectively. Excellent follow‑through and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong member‑ and guest‑service mindset. Experience with scheduling, labor management, and POS systems. Success in This Role Means Creating a culture of accountability and teamwork. Maintaining high member satisfaction and service standards. Developing and retaining top‑performing staff.
