The primary work environment for this position is remote, utilizing telehealth technology for therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
