Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director Of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team at Hudson Elms Nursing Home. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing team, including the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.

About The Role: As the Director Of Nursing, Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. You will oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Collaborate with other departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care
Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and quality metrics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive change
Develop and manage nursing budgets and resources

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
