Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Winter Garden, FL.

Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Winter Garden, FL 34787 Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/hour on W2 Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Perform front and back office duties, including answering phones and assisting with daily patient flow.
• Check patients in and out, obtain vital signs, and room patients for appointments.
• Administer medications and complete accurate patient documentation within the scope of practice.
• Conduct outbound patient calls and provide customer-focused support.
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned within the Medical Assistant scope of practice.

Requirements:

• Certification(s): Medical Assistant Certification required
• Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Front/back office duties, patient rooming, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, outbound calls, and customer service.

Additional Information:

• Dress Code: Neutral-colored scrubs with no logos
• Interview: In-person with administration
