Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 5:30 AM Start

Pay: $22$24 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Box Truck Driver to make local deliveries of building materials to customers and job sites. This is a hands-on role with daily home time not just driving, but loading, unloading, and representing the company in the field.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries
• Deliver building materials including cabinets, windows, doors, and trim
• Load and unload materials as needed (physical work required)
• Take delivery confirmation photos using a company-provided device
• Complete delivery paperwork and required reports
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies
• Provide professional, reliable customer service at job sites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift and handle building materials (up to 75 lbs regularly, heavier with assistance)

Preferred Qualifications

• Non-CDL box truck driving experience
• Experience delivering building materials

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Active role involving loading, unloading, and job site deliveries
