Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience teaching in special education settings
- Strong understanding of IEPs, differentiated instruction, and assessment strategies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and dedication to student success
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to encourage student progress
- Use data-driven strategies to assess, support, and document student growth
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
