Position: Senior Business Analyst - Mobile Platforms

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting business and technical requirements for mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, with a focus on mobile platform development, and a track record of success in similar roles. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for new mobile platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to ensure the successful delivery of platform features.
• Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for improvements and enhancements of the mobile platform.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with the creation of test scenarios and validation of test results during user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market trends and competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on mobile platform projects.
• Demonstrated ability to document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of business process development and improvement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
