Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, or enrollment in a program to obtain one. At least one year of experience in a home or long‑term care setting is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to use a smartphone‑based app. Punctual and dependable. Responsibilities Keep clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs and taking initiative. Provide companionship and engagement. Maintain clients’ health and safety by delivering high‑quality personal care and monitoring the environment for safety risks. Follow an individualized written Plan of Care, supporting clients with personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned. Handle shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Hours Hours depend on specific cases, with shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week based on availability.
