Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to spearhead the development of a strategic HR function that will be pivotal in the organization's growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact HR platform, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. This role demands a visionary leader who can strengthen the company's market presence as an employer of choice, and who is adept at implementing frameworks for performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. The Head of HR will also be tasked with introducing scalable HR processes, policies, and technologies, and must be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in similar leadership roles, particularly within the financial services sector. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and culture building, as well as expertise in compensation, rewards, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, innovative, and hands-on leader, capable of fostering a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Experience in scaling HR functions within smaller financial services organizations and a direct background in relevant financial services, ideally asset management, are essential.
