Full Time Customer Experience Receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls, providing first-call resolution when possible.
• Greet and guide visitors, acting as the main point of contact for contractors.
• Maintain the front desk area and oversee facilities cleanliness and inventory.
• Open and close the facility following security protocols.
• Assist with office supplies and perform clerical duties (photocopying, filing, etc.).
• Plan events for both in office, Contractors and remote staff
• Distribute web leads to the sales team.
• Provide top-notch customer service with a focus on problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Pay Rate $18-20 per hour
