Nursing Assistant - Medical/Surgical - 75% FTE, Day/Evening

Work Schedule: .75 FTE, 30 hours per week. This is an Day/Evening position with variable (8) eight and (12) twelve-hour shifts. Shifts to be worked will be 7a-7:30pm, 7a-3:30pm, and 3pm-11:30pm. One in three weekend rotation required. Holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Pay: UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. -This position includes a sign on bonus of up to $2,250, pro-rated on the FTE of the position. * Additional components of pay include:

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to: * Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on an inpatient Medical Surgical unit and provide care to both medical and surgical patients. * Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
