Associate Attorney

Personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. Trial Experience Preferred Completion of Trial Advocacy Classes Preferred Starting pay $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses based on performance. Benefits paid up to 100%. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent legal writing ability, and a desire to build a long-term career in plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Responsibilities: Handle all phases of personal injury cases from intake through resolution; Maintain regular communication with clients and guide them through the litigation process; Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents; Conduct legal research and case analysis; Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements; Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed; and Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes. Qualifications: Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar; Excellent client service and communication skills; Strong writing and oral advocacy abilities; Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel; Self-motivated and driven by long-term career goals; Strong analytical, comprehension, and critical-thinking skills; Ability to multitask and quickly learn new areas of law;Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented; and Must thrive in a collaborative team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
