Responsibilities \n \n Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments. \n Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy. \n Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations. \n Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments. \n Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient-care equipment; interpret and document electronic data. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. \n Requirements \n \n Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). \n Active State RN License. \n Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience. \n BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association. \n Strong communication, assessment, and customer-service skills. \n \n \n WCS Healthcare Partners Job ID 26-07434.
