As a Healthcare Business Banking Sales Manager, you'll lead and support a team dedicated to serving healthcare clients with annual revenues ranging from $2.5 million to $50 million.This role combines leadership, business development, and industry expertise to support healthcare organizations across a broad spectrum of care delivery models, including physician groups, specialty practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), outpatient providers, and ambulatory surgery centers.You'll guide a high-performing sales team, cultivate influential healthcare networks, and partner across the bank to deliver solutions that help clients achieve their financial and strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers and partner with healthcare leadership to support sales execution across assigned healthcare segments and markets.Drive growth and market share across the healthcare continuum, from practice finance and smaller healthcare businesses through larger, more complex multi-location and lower middle market organizations with annual revenues between $2.5 million and $50 million.Develop and execute business development strategies focused on acquiring new healthcare clients and expanding existing client relationships.Build and maintain strong networks with healthcare-focused centers of influence, including healthcare attorneys, CPAs, consultants, practice advisors, industry associations, and community leaders.Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, and deliver a consistent client experience.Collaborate across U.S. Bank to bring the full breadth of banking solutions to healthcare clients, including lending, treasury management, payment solutions, and other strategic services.Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and healthcare industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.Support sound risk management practices and ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client-focused execution.Contribute to strategic planning efforts that support sustained profitability and long-term market growth.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Typically 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience.Typically five or more years of management and leadership experience.Why U.S. Bank?As a Healthcare Business Banking Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a specialized team focused on one of the bank's most strategic growth sectors. Pay Range: $169,380.00 - 207,020.00
