Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk / Materials Coordinator will support daily warehouse and materials operations for oilfield support activities. Responsibilities include receiving materials from vendors, organizing and maintaining stock inventory, pulling and staging orders for field personnel, and coordinating pickups of parts and materials. The role will also assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking materials within SAP. This position is primarily focused on internal material movement and inventory coordination rather than shipping operations. Candidates should be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment supporting field operations. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming materials and vendor deliveries Maintain organized inventory and stock levels Pull, stage, and prepare materials for field personnel pickup Process material requests and work orders Coordinate and communicate with employees regarding parts availability and pickups Enter and track inventory, materials, and work activity within SAP Assist with planning and scheduling of materials and inventory needs Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Perform routine inventory counts and stock reconciliation Support daily warehouse operations and material coordination activities Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required Basic computer skills required Willingness to learn SAP and inventory systems Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift materials as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Summary Crosby Energy Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Materials Coordinator for operations in the Kenedy, TX area.
